Fashion
The AIVEBS proposal for the fashion industry is directed at the apparel sectors (spinning, weaving and subsequent manufacturing processes, finished products), leather (tanning, leather goods, footwear), accessories related to the sector (eyewear, perfumes, etc.). The sector’s typical business outlook, in which “the financial year’s outcome is dependent on the collection” is, in today’s modern industry, accompanied by intense restructuring and polarising elements for companies, products, and distribution chains (mono brand stores).
AIVEBS for fashion responds to vital needs, such as:
• synergies in sales, marketing and products
• a search for optimisation margins within individual structures, associated with a hasty understanding of trends for collections and markets
• the effectiveness of distribution channels and correlated logistics, with particular emphasis on sales points
• the need to sell-out the collection, with a special focus on the issue of restocking and the role sales agents can play.
