  Demand Management analyses sales histories, evaluating statistical series, determining seasonal factors and trends, and providing sales forecasts, using past data to “filter” histories and allow for future corrections decided by the sales department
• MANAGING STOCKS
  Inventory Management is the planning, control and stock optimisation system that provides visibility over demand independently (sales forecasts / budgets and customer orders), service levels, status of available stocks, production orders or planes issued, goals for stocks (monthly and end of solar year) to determine an infinite capacity Primary Reintegration Plan (PPR)
• PLANNING FINITE CAPACITY DEMAND
  Expert Plan validates demand, assessing the availability of resources, using finite capacity scheduling sessions backwards and forwards; generates payment plans for finished products, proposals provisioning materials, invoicing trends, margins, and financial exposure
• HANDLING AND PROCESSING CUSTOMER ORDERS
  Promise confirms dates for processing customer orders based on a set of evaluations (service policies), starting with warehouse stocks and payment plans for finished or semi-finished products generated for finite capacity
• SCHEDULING AND OPTIMISATION
  Nicim Schedule performs the finite capacity scheduling of production activities, with the aim of reducing product transformation lead times, respecting delivery dates, optimising tooling times, reducing inventory stocks
• MANAGING FACTORY EVENTS
  Nicim Monitor provides real time data on production, maintenance, handling of materials, quality control, updating and controlling work progress, accounting for times and quantities produced, and allowing for the automated monitoring of installations
• MANAGING SUPPLIES VIA WEB
  WSE manages communication and interaction in real time between players within a company network (internal organisms, suppliers, outsourcers, customers), extending the company’s boundaries, enhancing “global” reactivity in terms of flexibility, sharing of information and interactivity, supporting all administrative and accounting transactions.
