Strega
Strega is an integrated ERP application containing management models to meet the demands of different types of businesses, including a general accounting and invoice managing software, production management, and management control: each task can be rendered efficient, consequently enhancing a company’s competitive edge.
Available modules:
• General accounting
Strega manages accounting (general accounting, customers, suppliers, banks, sales agents, professionals, etc…) respecting all EEC regulatory directives.
• Industrial accounting
Actual final cost balances for products and semi-finished items, for cost components such as outsourced labour, internal labour and materials. This allows for an appreciation of final inventories and WIP, in addition to comparing closures with budget standards or costs.
• Assets
Tax depreciation and management. Simulations in years, months and days. Automatic accounting of amortizations. Accounting is always updated in real time.
• Purchasing
Procurements of raw materials and all other materials required through RDA and Orders proposed by an integrated MRP; management of open contracts and defined purchase lists.
• Sales and commissions
Management of lists, sales plans, sales offers and order confirmations, up to the invoicing of goods and services. Management of commissions.
• Stocks
Management of own and/or third party warehouses based on specific policies (location, commission, account, batch, variation, packaging, etc.), and mapping of locations. Updating the availability of every item when it is handled. Inventories.
• Production
Production cycles, dispatch lists, programming, MRPs (up to 10 simultaneously), infinite capacity scheduling beyond the possibilities of the module (optional) for finite capacity scheduling and advanced control in phases.
• Management control
Allows for the compilation of an 'accounting datawarehouse’, managing quantities, overturning, analyses of variations, budget/closure shifts and their treatment.
The obtainment of economic accounts by function and profitability analyses are the starting point for a preconfigured version, whereas the system can be implemented further through parameterisation to obtain specific reports and results for the company.
• Calculation of outsourced shipping costs
Based on a sophisticated management of framework contracts stipulated with shipping companies and incoming and outgoing documents, the system is capable of pre-calculating a shipper’s invoice, submitting it to the shipping company and thus ‘shifting’ onto the latter the burden of controlling the shipment or controlling it automatically.
In addition, simulations can be conducted to check which shipping company is most convenient for a specific shipment.
• Management of physical warehouse handling
Specific functions for the processing of barcodes for gathering data from handling operations, making use of innovative, facilitated processes and even radiofrequency systems.
• Scheduling of production at finite capacity and data collecting
Management of graphic and interactive scheduling, with Gantt diagrams and load histograms.
Scheduling and product cost calculations can thus also be powered by an additional module gathering actual production data
• Promotional agreements
Management of sales and purchase contracts for companies operating in the Consumer and Large Organised Distribution sectors.
The primary characteristics of these contracts are:
o Premiums and benefits regulated with periodic payments and not directly invoiced. Such payments can be made with deposit documents and on balance.
o Conditioned by the attainment of goals, even complex.
o Stipulated with groups (“signs”) or individual customers, to be paid to the contract’s holder or associates. Results regard invoices developed by associates.
o Associations of individual companies in groups can vary over time.
• B2B
Tools for WEB management of sales relationships, sales and product portfolios.
Functions for order entries, tracking orders and viewing the situation of ordered, shipped, invoiced and expired items via WEB.
• Management of after sales assistance
Functions for businesses providing after sales assistance services and warranty assistance. Integration of assistance and accounting handling tasks, and if necessary, warehousing tasks, right up to the issuing of invoices.
Management of product serial numbers, warranty interventions, programmed maintenance and planning; all conducted by integrating needs and capacity.
