IBM Business Partners: a consolidated advantageous network
ACG Vision4 applications arrive at small and medium sized businesses through the consolidated network of IBM Business Partners present throughout Italy.

IBM Business Partners have distributed ACG applications since their inception in 1988; they’re thus matured all the experience required to provide optimal servicing for the realisation of ERP projects: knowledge of core business processes, vertical modules for specific market sectors, systems and architectural expertise, outsourcing and maintenance application services.

The distribution model set up with the Business Partner allows businesses to sign their ACG Vision4 licence purchasing contract directly with IBM®. Businesses can thus count on a range of IBM® services and warranties: the help desk, access to product improvements, concessional financing services.

Furthermore, IBM Business Partners can provide all the IBM® hardware and software components required for the project: ERP application, database, middleware, Business Intelligence, hardware. The purchasing process and management of the solution are thus considerably simplified and more economical over time.
